Since Boots is selling the same product for £6.00 less, and you used your 20% discount, you’ll receive £6.00 Member Credit — added to your account 28 days after your purchase, ready to use on your future order.
How can I use my Member Credit once in my account?
After 28 days of your qualifying purchase, you can use member credit on your next fragrance purchase at The Fragrance Shop. Any available Member Credit must be used in full, in one transaction and during your active membership period.
Can I use my Member Credit with my 20% discount?
Yes! Your Member Credit can be used alongside your usual 20% MyTFS discount.
What happens if I return an item that earned Member Credit?
If you return the item and used any Member Credit on that purchase, we’ll deduct it from your refund and recredit it to your account once the return is processed, as long as your MyTFS membership is still active.
Does Member Credit expire?
Yes. It must be used while your membership is active. If your membership ends or is cancelled, any unused credit will expire.
Can I transfer my Member Credit to someone else?
No — Member Credit is linked to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
